Only in 20 years since the late 1980s',mesoscopic physics, one burgeoning subject Of Condensed States Physics, quickly comes into being and becomes a new hotpot of the studies in Condensed States Physics. With the rapid development of the semiconductor industry, The average size of circuit components to reduce by half every two years, This circuit components on the field size will enter mesoscopic. We should consider the quantum effect of circuit devices. Because of the widespread applications of mesoscopic devices in micro-electronics technology and integrate circuit and So on, more and more attention has been paid to the research of those in many Countries. In this paper, we proposes two mesoscopic circuit models separately,This circuit model compares with forefathers' research work, Closer to the real circuit , It have extensive meanings even more ,we applicate method of unitary transformation and Bogliubov transformation, The Hamiltonian of system is derived syndromed. The quantum fluctuations of charge and current in some Mesoscopic circuits are investigated based on the quantization method of the Classical harmonic oscillator. Through simplifying, the model consistent with the previous model, The corresponding data are consistent with previous results. This shows that we have made some meaningful results , I think that through this kind of research it have promotes new materials produced 21 century new generation of microelectronics devices and the development of vital scientific guidance .This paper results as shown below:1. Introduce history and present domestic and international research state of mesoscopic physics development, Have analysed the mesoscopic system and macroscopical system difference , without of average effecting in mesoscopic system, Calculate and rely on a concrete one to be comprehensive in mechanics amount. We have simply described the wave function of the mesoscopic circuit and quantum fluctuations.2. Regarded as the foundation of studying mesoscopic circuit, we discussed the Hamiltonian diagonalization.3. For a dissipative mesoscopic inductance coupling circuit, the quantum fluctuations of charge and current in an arbitrary eigenstate of the system, andthe quantum wavefunctions is obtained, double-wave function quantum theory is apply to description of mesoscopic dissipative RLC circuit. It is showed that there exist quantum fluctuations of the charge and current in the arbitrary eigenstate of the system, the fluctuations in each component circuit are mutually connect.Our innovation in this model: It bring forward model of dissipative mesoscopic capacitance coupled circuit, we applicate method of unitary transformation and Bogliubov transformation, The quantum fluctuations of charge and current in Mesoscopic circuits are investigated. And quantum effect of mesoscopic dissipative parallel RLC circuit was researched by double-wave function...
