| We build the canonical transformation and transpose the Hamiltonian in the mesoscopic inductance-resistance coupled circuit with power source into harmonic hamiltonian. On the process of unitary transformation, we find two kinds of unitary operators and select the best one. At last, we investigate the fluctuations of charge and that of conjugate current in the mesoscopic circuit at vacuum state. |
