The alkyl hydrocarbon is used as basic indicator of oil and gas prospecting in routine oil and gas geochemical prospecting technique. Through recent research, it's discovered that the BTEX abnormities are nearly interrelated with deep oil and gas reservoirs and will have original effect on oil and gas prospecting. It takes the BTEX of the benthal surface layer sediment detected by laser single molecule benthal oil and gas geochemical prospecting technique as research object. First, it gets the BTEX abnormities by BTEX data processing, via analyzing the autoptical data of the South China Sea's Yinggehai Basin test-place, it discusses the corresponding relationship between BTEX abnormities and oil and gas reservoirs. Second, according to the different prospecting phases, it applies BP NN technique to do BTEX abnormities evaluation with geologic data, geophysical data and drilling data. Finally, it simulates the BP NN synthetical evaluation with autoptical data example of Bohai Bozhong sag, and gets satisfactory results. The primary research contents are as follows:1) Based on the BTEX data processing of autoptical data of the South China Sea's Yinggehai Basin test-place, it discusses the corresponding relationship between BTEX abnormities and oil and gas reservoirs;2) It discusses two data processing technique, uni-indicator data processing technique and multi-indicator data processing technique, of laser single molecule benthal oil and gas geochemical prospecting;3) It discusses how to pick up the characteristic parameters of BTEX abnormities BP NN synthetical evaluation;4) It discusses composite structure evaluation technique of multi-nerve network;5) It discusses how to develope BP NN in order to improve learning precision and generalizing ability.
