The study area is located in the Erlian-Dongwuqi copper-polymetallic metallogenic belt on the border between China and Mongolia.There are both the NEE magmatic belt of the Late Hercynian(C-P)and the Yanshanian magmatism.The alkali-rich intrusive rocks in the magmatism of the two phases(the Hercynian and Yanshanian periods)have a close spatial distribution relationship with the copper(gold)deposits(spots).Therefore,it has extremely favorable metallogenic geological conditions.In this study,a 1:50000 soil geochemical survey was conducted in the Dongwuqi area,and a total of 1,188 soil samples were collected.After collecting the other three 1:50,000 soil survey data of the predecessors,comprehensively processing the soil measurement data,a workflow including extracting the uniform abnormal lower limit of the whole area,delineating single element anomaly map and integrated anomaly maps,interpreting and evaluating multi-elementary anomaly has been accoplished.Through the 1:50,000 soil measurement in the study area,a total of 30 integrated anomaly were delineated.According to the "Specifications for Geochemical Survey"(DZ/T0011-2015),the anomalies in the area were classified into one class A anomaly,13 class B anomalies,and six class C anomalies.The anomaly in the west and south,with the high intensity and large-scale section,has been within the scope of mineral rights defined by the predecessors.So,only the metallogenic geological background,metallogenic regularity and mineralization characteristics of the ore body are comprehensively studied this time.In this study,anomalous verification was carried out on anomaly areas in the east and south without mineral rights registered,where anomoly of lead,zinc,silver,mercury,copper,molybdenum and nickel devolops.Through the 1:50000 soil geochemical survey of the Dongwuzhumuqiqi area,a workflow including understanding the regional ore-forming geochemical background,delineating geochemical anomalies,combining geological background and metallogenic conditions and distribution of surface ore(altitude)and alteration zones,interpreting qualitativly geochemical anomalies,finding favorable areas of,and narrowing the prospecting target area.
