The 3D laser scanner system is named as the milestone of field of surveying for its unique technique, excellent performance and successful project application. Its new product expands the surveys system's work range to plane-surveying from point-surveying, implements the revolutionary leap in getting space solid data real-time, inaugurates decisive technical tide in surveying field.3D laser scanner gets any three-dimensional coordinate by surveying distance and angle quickly, which key parts are the measurement of angle and distance and scan control system. 3D laser scanner servo system, with fleetness and high accuracy which is the same with the middling scene, will be achieved ultimately. This paper adopts the 3D laser scanner servo system as a research object, and in the aspects of control hardware system design, control software system design, experiment data collection and anlaysis, using the realizable angle surveying accuracy as a research object, validating the relating theory and method of technology process by experiment.In the hardware system aspects, the whole control scheme of the servo system is studied. Selecting the step motor and its drive by researching the character and drivers. The angle surveying system adopt the rotary encoder, which output quotiety is 2500 impulse per rotate and the angle resolution factor is 12s after circuit be four subdivision. The improved method will be brought out according to analyze the factors which affect the location accuracy.In the control software aspects, The timer function which base on the Windows operating system will be analyzed and compared, and the servo system will be integrated by many parts of control program, such as gesture of manipulating console, the angle checking and surveying, the location of laser implement which scans moving parts by motor driving, and data collection.In the experiment aspects, the main method is to take feasibility test on the angle...
