Aquatic product processing is closely related to various fields such as industrial and agricultural production and people's life,and has made great contributions to economic construction and industrialization.With the increase in people's demand for aquatic products and the improvement of related industrialization technologies,the corresponding division requirements are becoming more and more strict.Especially in the field of squid segmentation,because many companies now have more limitations based on manual segmentation,new breakthroughs are urgently needed.This subject is deeply studying the working principle of line laser scanner,combined with industrial automation equipment,designed a line laser-based squid online measurement and segmentation system.This article realizes the design of the squid segmentation device and the measurement system.The point cloud data collected by the system is used to calculate the squid segmentation point.Finally,the system is tested.The tasks completed are as follows:(1)Combining relevant domestic and foreign literatures,focusing on analyzing and summarizing the research status of line laser scanners,and combining it with industrial automation equipment.(2)According to the working principle of the online measurement and segmentation system of squid,the design of the overall scheme of the device is completed.The design of the system device was completed according to the working mode of the system,and the selection and calculation of the servo system and the ball screw were emphasized.The mechanical structure of the device was designed with Solid Works and the drawings were processed.(3)The measurement and control system is designed based on PLC and Lab VIEW.The measurement and control system implements data collection,preprocessing,data calculation and report generation functions,and can complete the automatic processing of data.(4)The core algorithm of segmentation is introduced.Use the integral idea to get the volume of a single squid,and calculate the split point and split angle step by step.(5)Complete the servo system and line laser scanner test,design and complete the system experiment.The experimental results show that the maximum error of the diagonal length of division is 0.3mm,and the maximum weight error is 0.3g.The line laser-based squid online measurement and segmentation system can reduce costs without directly contacting squid,and achieve accurate segmentation of squid,which meets the production needs of enterprises and provides technical support for squid production automation.
