To study the Theological characteristics of erythrocytes irradiated by low-power He-Ne laser, we measured some parameters of the rheological characteristics of erythrocytes irradiated with different doses of energy, such as deformation index, microviscosity , membrane fluidity, osmotic fragility et al. As for human's normal erythrocytes, the optical effect of irradiation on erythrocytes obtained was2Mw , 120 minutes in 2ml. After irradiation, the deformation index and the membrane fluidity of the erythrocytes increased, however osmotic fragility decreased.Our study indicated that the low-power He-Ne laser irradiation has statistically evident effects on the rheological characteristics of human's red cells.
