The ultra weak photons emitted spontaneously and constantly from living tissues are called biophoton emission. The longtime afterglow of living tissues after light illumination is called delayed luminescence. Delayed luminescence is a general phenomenon of living systems. The inter function of biology system can be reflected from it. The vary regulation when biology system is stimulated by environment can be used in cancer diacrisis, drug fustness of germ, environmental monitoring, etc. The bioinformation is carried by biophotons, and many basic biology problem can be solved by interpret these information.The mechanism of biophoton emission is a basic subject of ultra weak biophoton emission research. There are two completely opposite interpretations of this phenolme- non, i.e. the biochemical theory and the coherence theory. According to the biochemical theory, biophoton emission is some kind of "waste" of the metabolic events taking place permanently within the cells. These indicates some imperfections in chemical reactions which by returning to thermal equilibrium emit overshoot energy of chemically induced optical transitions, mainly linked to radical reactivity of oxidation processes. The coherence theory, on the other hand, points to the low intensity as an indication of nonclassical light which may display even sub-Poissonian photo count statistics and may provide thus an optimized optical communication channel in biological systems within living matter of "optimized" high optical density.The photon count technology is come to maturity in now a day. There are many types of equipment which can be used to detect the biophotons. They can be classificated to two kinds. One kind is build by photomultiplier; another kind is build by MCP.The mechanism of delayed luminescence is discussed with subradiation. A photon count system is built. To proof the biophoton is a kind of ultra weak photon stream originate from exothermic reaction, and primarily discuss the relationship between the delayed luminescence and proteins activity, we chose microphyllous banyan leave , ficus elastica leave, gingkgo leave, Chinese fan palm leave, and cinnamomum camphora leave as biological samples. The ultra weak photon emission from normal biosamples, and proteins inactivated biosample were measured separately with photon count system.
