The concept of piezoelectric materials and functionally graded materials and the current research state of piezoelectric materials and functionally graded materials are briefly reviewed based upon literature search. Solutions for simply supported and functionally graded material piezoelectric plates via the state vector method is investigated.,and the influence of physical property parameter of functionally graded material piezoelectric materials on state vector is also investigated. We also work out the relevant computation procedure with Mathematica in the study.The state vector equation of functionally graded material piezoelectric media is established from the basic equations for linear piezoelectric materials in a orthogonal coordinate system. Using the Fourier transform due to boundary conditions of simply support, solutions of a single functionally graded material piezoelectric plate in the form of initial state vector and transfer matrix are obtained in Fourier transform space from the state vector equations. Using the perfectly bonded contact conditions between the layers,the general solution formulation of multilayered functionally graded piezoelectric plates is given, static analysis of functionally graded piezoelectric plates can be obtained based on boundary conditions of simply support, severals numerical example are given and work out the relevant computation procedure for the numerical example,then we can draw out the varying curves of state vectors along plate thickness direction, some valuable conclusions can be available through out these numerical examples.Using analytical method to simulate functionally graded materials physical property which is nonlinear along spatical distribution. Based on two different functionally graded materials models, physical property along space is polynominal function and exponential function. Adopting laminate model and the state vector method to analysis the stastic response of functionally graded piezoelectric of materials,the influence of the volume fraction and flakiness ration of plate to the state vectors is taken into account, severals numerical example are given and work out the relevant computation procedure for the numerical example,then we can draw out the varying curves of state vectors along plate thickness direction.some valuable conclusions can be available wih numerical examples.The significance of the thesis is to estabilish a static analytical method of functionally gradede piezoelectric materials.it also can supply a certain reference to functionally gradede piezoelectric structure design and materials optimization.
