In recent years,research on the behavior of FGPM structures has get development heavily.On the basis of a gradient model,the static analysis of Functionally Gaded Piezoelectric Rectangular Plates under various boundary conditions is investigated via the state vector method and assuming appropriate boundary fanctions in this paper.Based on the theories of 3-D elasticity and piezoelectricity an by assuming appropriate boundary functions,state equations of Functionally Gaded Piezoelectric Rectangular Plates under various boundary conditions are established.By the state vector method,analytical solutions that satisfy all the boundary conditons at four edges,as well as upper and bottom surfaces,are presented.Since the speciality of the functionally gradede matrial,on the absis of the fraction power function,exponent function,sine function gradient models,severals numerical examples are given and work out the relevant computation procedure for those examples by Mathematica and Matlab.This procedure can be used to study different functionally graded materials models and different geometrical dimensions which affect the displacement and the stress field.We can draw out the varying curves of state vectors along plate thickness direction,some valuable conclusions can be available with numerical examples.The significance of the thesis is to apply the static vector method in the static analysis of functionally gaded piezoelectric rectangular plates under various conditions.Discussions on the effect of the different functionally gradienet material models and different geometrical dimensions on the displacement and the stress field,it also can supply a certain reference to functionally gradede piezoelectric structure design and materials optimization.
