As a result of the reduction of supply , the exceeding exploitation and the pollution , the balance of the groundwater of Ji' nan has been destroyed badly , and that imperils the spewing of the spring and the safety of water supply . For the sakes of the scientific protection , the springs' spewing , the benign circulation and the sustainable utilization, this dissertation which is based on many data evaluate the quantity and the quality of the groundwater . In 2003 for present year , the dissertation take six boroughs , three countries and one city as research regions . Farther more, analyzing thoroughly the current central problems in the exploitation , utilization , management , protection of the groundwater , the dissertation bring forward the integrated measures , including to innovate and perfect the water resource management system ,to build up the scientific water price system ,to adjust the exploitation layout of the groundwater , to construct the ecotypic engineering of filling the water to the ground , to optimize the collocation of water resource , to manage and protect synthetically the south area ,to utilize the rain water and supply the groundwater ,to dispose and renewable the dirty water , to construct the saving water type of society and to build up the sustainable decision-making system of the groundwater etc. Through these measures , the groundwater entironment will be improved ,the healthy circulation of groundwater will be accelerated , and the continuous spewing of springs will be ensured . Ultimately , the harmonious development of the humen , water and nature will be realized .The research , integrating the plan of Jinan' s groundwater protection , will provide the technical support and decisions to depend on .With the higher application value ,the research will inevitably produce distinct economic benefit and societal benefit .
