Song Liao basin is a large inland hydrocarbon bearing Mesozoic deposit basin in China. Shi wu fault subsidence locates the Southeast uplift zone of the south area of Song Liao basin. The fault plane is about fan-shaped, and its acreage is about 2500km2.The subsidence mainly fills the Mesozoic layer, and thickness attains 9000m. bawu oil and gas field of Shi wu fault subsidence. The evolution of the basin is divided three period: the fault subsidence in Late Jurassic to Early Crataceous, the later stage of fault subsidence in Late Crataceous and the structure reversing and layers uplift to denude in Cenozoic. In the fault subsidence in Late Jurassic to Early Crataceous, the region of interest formed half graben-like basin the eastern of the basin developed some down faults and the western of the basin developed the layers overlapping. It filled Huo shi ling formation of Upper Jurassic and Sha he zi formation, Yin cheng formation and Lou zi formation of Lower Crataceous in the basin. Huo shi ling formation is a battery of volcanic rock or moraine rock mingling coal debris layer. Sha he zi formation and Yin cheng are deep grey mudstone and light grey siltstone alternate layer with sandstone mingling glutenite. The layers instruct the deep lake deposition, rim delta deposition and fan delta deposition. Lou ku formation is main of meare deposition and rim delta deposition. Sha he zi formation and Yin cheng developed deep lake deposition, which is the oil source rock of the region of interest. The Song liao basin developed a completion lake and basin system in the later stage of fault subsidence in Late Crataceous. The region of interest developed the rim basin deposition and alluvial plain deposition. In the later Crataceous, the tensile stress turned depress stree, the basin developed a series of folds, as the central uplift of Shi wu fault subsidence. At the same time, southeastern uplift of Song liao basin suffers the uplift and the denudation. Continuously explores and exploit the own areas so that the layers upper Lou ku formation degree of exploration can not advance, so it starts exploring the layers lower Lou ku formation. The deep layers have plenty of oil source, now there are Qin jia tun oil fiele , Si wu jia zi oil field, Chang ling oil field, Ba wu oil field. The deep layers is the following stress exploration layers. in study areasThe degree of exploration of the layers lower Ying cheng formation in study areas is very lower. Now there are some difficulty to explore the deep layers, such as structure is very complex and the faults and block fault must be recognize once more, most of the sandstones are lenticular which is difficulty to compare with each other, the water/oil/gas system is complex and the distribution of the oil fields is not clear. This study aim at the oil reservoir geologic characters and difficulty issues of study area, take the sedimentology, architectonic geology, geophysics and petroleum geology as theory guidances, Apply modern reservoir evaluation, sequence stratigraphy , deposition microfacies , structure elucidation, resevoir evaluation, classification of the oil and gas reservoir, predict favor zone .take the deep zone as the study object, take the structure, reservoir distribution, accumulation patterns as the study keystone.According to fine anatomise structure main body, choose the aim zone, process the oil reservoir evaluation, thereby implement succeed atratagem of oil and gas yield in study area. Through analysis the bawu field, we established the deep zone and low permeable sublayer pool evaluation technique, and developed exploitation of Shi wu fault field.
