In order to fulfill our country's need for energy sources, such as petroleum, the development of low permeable sublayers and particular low permeable sublayers plays an important role in oil production in our country. Technics, such as bringing new ideas into development technology of low permeable sublayers, improving single well output economically and effectively and promoting trouble area's profit transformation positively, are of great significance to improving development of oil resources and opening up exploration of them. This article investigates developing experence of low permeable sublayers at home and abroad, in detail and makes a study of reservior geologic characteristic of a block in M oilfield carefully. And on the base of the above,I evaluates wettability and sensitivity of the reservior and analyzes damage factors of the reservior potentially; Disposes relative permeability curve with normalization method and analyzes the characteristic of relative permeability curve; Disposes the capillary pressure curve with normalization and equalization method and analyzes the characteristic of reservior rocks; Determines the single well deliverability with oil recovery intensity method and method of comparing with similar reserviors according to well testing and production testing materials; Determines the rational well network pattern and spacing between wells with materials of field experiments, empiric formulas and numerical simulations; Determines the rational recovery ratio with empiric formula, with method of comparison with similar reserviors and method of fractional flow curve; Determines the rational reservior pressure with materials of formation fracture pressure, minimum bottom hole flowing pressure and pressure maintenance level; At last does economic assessment and scheme optimize.
