Based on the technology of Virtual Reference Station and Network RTK, including ionospheric error,troposphere error,track error for the analysis of the major sources of systematic error, mainly to the weakening of the troposphere and error with a test station and the elimination of the use of the interpolation method relief factor double difference tropospheric delay parameter model modeling system error separation from the perspective of VRS technology and the precision and reliability of the discussion. Comprehensive and detailed discussion on the interpolation error calculated by the difference correction coefficient and the flow parameters of the initial location accuracy.In the paper the Experiment calculates the baseline of the double difference tropospheric delay relief stations with double-differential factor,interpolation algorithm,tropospheric delay and interpolation error by"Tianjin GPS continuous observation station network system"data, it has good results which compared with the true values. Verification and correction of the error separation text generated by the validity of the model parameters.
