With the setup of the socialist's market-economy and the coming of information society and knowledge economy, society has put forward new demands for people's quality such as strong subjectivity, initiative and creativity. We call it as higher subject quality. Therefore, China's education urgently needs to cultivate individuals'subjectivity. Due to the influence of traditional thought, many phenomena still exist such as emphasis on teacher not student, teaching not learning, knowledge not ability, and theory not practice and so on. Consequently, the students'subject status is ignored, their initiative and creativity are not brought into full play and the developing of the initiatives is restrained. So, implementing the subject-teaching is the request of the times and the tendency to educational reform. Meanwhile, because of the immaturity of the subject education theory, effective teaching strategies serving teaching practice are not available, and therefore the subject-teaching remains at the theoretical layer of education philosophy. For the purpose of reforming traditional teaching mode, developing the students'subjectivity and the teaching quality of experiment in university physics, the author in this paper tries to construct new strategies of developing students subject consciousness in experiment's teaching of physics in university, based on the thinking of subjective education, and tries to the effectiveness of these new strategies for better serving experiment's teaching practice in university.The paper mainly discusses the implications of subject, subjectivity with its characteristics ( initiative and creativity ) and subject-teaching with its characteristics(active, democratic, subjective, open and creative atmosphere).
