| The current of RPC (Resistive Plate Chamber) detector indicates the stable of the running. Using the data of the High Voltage Channel Current (HVCC) of RPC detector and meteorological parameter of the hall, we analyze the change of HVCC and the effect of meteorological parameter on the HVCC. The current changes with the season and may be caused by the meteorological parameter. The result of the study on the correlation among the current and temperature, humidity shows the correlation between the current and temperature is very strong, but the correlation between the current and humidity is very weak. So it means that the temperature is the mainly factor that influences the current.The correlation between the atmospheric electric field and the cosmic ray during thunderstorm period is very important and practical. We calculate the period of the atmospheric electric field in the calm weather, and analyze the correlation between the atmospheric electric field and the cosmic ray both in the calm weather and thunderstorm weather, with the help of the data of YBJ-ARGO single particle count rate. The atmospheric electric field in the calm weather has the period of one day. From the phase of the atmospheric electric field in one day the maximum can be found at twelve o'clock. There is no correlation between the atmospheric electric field and the cosmic ray when it is calm. So the electric field can be ignored when correction the meteorological effect. The correlation between the atmospheric electric field and cosmic ray during the thunderstorm period is very strong. The rapid change of the cosmic ray intensity happens before or after or during lighting, and the low energy cosmic ray also increasing during thunderstorm.
