By the polygonal approximations method, the global approximation solution is constructed for the initial-boundary value problem of non-convex scalar conservation laws with two-side boundary effect and its convergence to the global weak entropy solution of corresponding initial-boundary value problem is proved in this thesis. We also prove that the approximation solution can be constructed in a finite number steps. By using VC6.0, we develop a stimulation software which carries out the aforementioned arithmetic and give some simulation examples.
