This thesis is concerned with the structure and behaviors of the waves of global weak entropy solution for the scalar conservation laws with weak discontinuous flux and boundary condition.Under the condition that the flux function has a finite number of weak discontinuous points,by using the characteristic method and truncation method,the global weak entropy solutions are constructed for the initial-boundary value problem of scalar conservation laws with two pieces of constant initial data and constant boundary data.And by investigating the interaction of elementary waves and the boundary,the geometric structure and behaviors of boundary for the weak entropy solutions are clarified.
