The Haihe River river basin plain area is the whole nation politics , cultural centre and developed region. For the recent 20 years, it Come to the more the need of water resource be taller than increasingly with the economy continues developing of the Haihe River basin plain area, It become one of the most outstanding area of our country water resource imbalance between supply and demand. The water level of the groundwater which as the main source of water supply ,goes down year by year, it is appeared serious problems such as water resources utilization and environment has come down.The purpose of the studying is on the basis of the result of the recent scientific research , to build one kind of big range basin model , to assess the ground water resources of the Haihe Basin plain area. Adopt the GMS the groundwater numerical simulate software, first build the concept model according to the borehole data, border condition and various Yuan Hui item grasping. Second Build shape structure-based numerical model with the LPF software package And assignment hydrogeology parameter by pass way the parameter sub area. Third fitting the various parameter, analyzing status of groundwater balance and flow distribution, adjusting the South-to-North Water Transfer Project water saving measure , forecasts the groundwater water level developing trend.In 2010 the start the South-to-North Water Transfer Project greatly alleviated the Haihe river basin region of no relief water supply tense aspect. The forecast takes the initial flow field by 2000 year's end waters level. the simulation from January, 2001 to January, 2030, 10 years before the South-to-North Water Transfer Project start and 20 years after it start, the ground water flow field change tendency. The 2009year's water level continuing decline compare to the initial water level before the South-to-North Water Transfer Project. In front of mountain partial urban center position range of fall in5-15m. The Hebei area south of Yellow River area shallow layer prelatic water surface drops not much, are many is 0-5m. The Henan area ground water resources rich, the subsoil water level drops are not many. During the 20 years after the South-to-North Water Transfer Project started the water level gradually to rise again, specially in the city areas.
