Along with the fast development of science technology and the approach of information ages, the modern education technique that based on the network technique and multi-media technique receive the extensive value and application in the university physics teaching realm. The integration research of the modern education technique and the university physics have already become an important problem of the current education research. The physics has the very important position as the foundation subject of the natural science, and the university physics course is a required course of the science and engineering course in the college. How to integrate well the modern education technique and the university physics so as to promote the exaltation of the students'professional knowledge study effect and the creative ability, and to train the students'cooperation consciousness and creative spirit is a problem which is worth of research.The creative education face to the university physics education, which is the expanding and deepening of the quality education connotation, and which take the cultivation of the students' creative consciousness and creative ability as the basic worth tropism, is not only the innovation of education principle, but also an education practice which cultivate the students'creative consciousness and creative ability, and establish the overall quality foundation in order to make the students become the creative person with ability.This thesis will discuss the creative education from the angle that the modern education technique integrates with the university physics, and clarify the push function of the university physics education being to the students'quality development and the significance embodiment of this kind of integration being to the creative education under the condition of the university physics education integrating with the modern education technique.This thesis mainly did three aspects of work: the first is to introduce some basic theories of the creative education and the quality education, and discuss the relation between the creative education and the character education. The second is to elaborate the theory foundation of the creative education in the university physics teaching, that is, the constructivism theory foundation and the psychology foundation of cultivating the students'creative consciousness and creative ability. The third is to set out from the characteristics of the physics course, and to be combined with the university physics teaching practice, and to analyze and sum up them based on the extensive inquisition's foundation, so as to get a corresponding conclusion.The thesis is mainly divided into six parts. The first part is the introduction which introduce the problem being put forward, the meaning and present condition of the research, and the main content of the research. The second part is the conspectus of the creative education and the quality education which introduces the reform present condition of the creative education, and detailed elaborated the quality educational theory and the creative educational theory, and discuss the relation of the creative education and the quality education finally. The third part is the theory foundation of the university physics creative education which introduces the constructivism study theory, the cognize psychology theory, the meaningful learning theory and Rogers humanism study view. The fourth part is the inquisition and analysis of the application actuality of the modern education technology in the university physics teaching, which elaborate the method of research, and analyze the process of investigation research, and sum up the result of research, and get a corresponding conclusion in the end. The fifth part is the function and meaning embodiment of the modern education technology integrating with the university physics, which discuss the push function of the modern education technology integrating with the university physics teaching to the quality education and the meaning embodiment of the modern education technology integrating with the university physics to the creative education. The last part is the whole-length summarize, that is the conclusion which is summed up in the foundation of the theory analysis, the fact elaborating and the investigating summarize. It is also the standpoint of the thesis.
