With the development of research, people began to realize that there existed not only randomness but also fuzziness in practical problems. So people introduced the theory of fuzzy to the study of reliability and began to study the fuzzy reliability. With the development of reliability theory, the theory and methods of the fuzzy reliability analysis were further improvement and development.The fuzzy reliability of a system depends on the fuzzy reliability of each main component, and the analysis and calculation of the fuzzy reliability of the system is not without the fuzzy reliability analysis of the various parts of the system. Therefore, how to analyze the fuzzy reliability of the single component and get the fuzzy reliability index has become the basic issue of fuzzy reliability analysis. In such issues, there are more discussions about the fuzzy reliability analysis in the case of the fuzzy(random) stress and the fuzzy(random) intensity.Based on existing research results, the paper has studied several aspects of fuzzy reliability as follows:The paper discusses several methods of the fuzzy reliability design: Firstly, discusses the calculated method of the fuzzy reliability of fuzzy security state which is said by generalized intensity. Secondly, discusses a common method of the fuzzy reliability analysis.Based on the study of several methods of the fuzzy reliability design, the paper studies the fuzzy reliability index in the case of the fuzzy(random) stress and the fuzzy(random) intensity. For the case of single stress and intensity and the multiple stresses and intensity, the paper analyzes the fuzzy reliability by the fuzzy probability theory, and gives the formula of the fuzzy reliability and failure rate.Finally, the paper discusses the fuzzy reliability of the system, and introduces the fuzzy reliability of some common the systems, and gets the formulas of the fuzzy reliability and the fuzzy average life for the circular consecutive k—out—of—n: G system. At last, the calculated example that demonstrates our formulas is given.
