Study And Development Of Land Use Planning Information System Based On .NET Platform And ArcGIS Engine

Land use planning informatization is the important part of the national land resources informatization. Applying land use planning information system (LUPIS) can greatly facilitate the establishment of the land use planning; provide an effective and reasonable way to use the land resources. Thus promote management of land use planning toward scientization and internationalization.This article carries on the investigation to the study condition home and abroad firstly, then discusses some critical technologies related to this system, such as .NET, component GIS, ralational database etc. Based on the requirements analysis of business, function and performance, the article establishes the framework of LUPIS. According to the functional requirements analysis, the whole system was composed of two parts. One is assistant establishment, which will bring the products, while the other one is plan management, which will manage and utilize the products and operate the plan scheme. The former system runs in the C/S mode, and the latter B/S. As to the development style, the ArcGIS Engine of ESRI and the C Sharp language are choosen. Then take the Hefei land use planning information system for example, build the testing program of assistant establishment sub system, to verify the idea and the solution. At the end of the article, some conclusions are given plus some ideas for further research of the subject.
