By using the monthly averaged NCEP reanalysis data of Sea Surface temperature of Nino3 and the data of summer temperature, winter temperature and precipitation during flood period in 83 meteorological stations in Northeastern China from 1951 to 2002, application of empirical orthogonal function resolution , by software as matlab6.5,arcgis9.0,surfer , this paper analyze the spatial and temporal distribution character of summer temperature ,winter temperature and precipitation during flood period change in Northeastern China when occurrence and evolution of EI Nino.Based on analysing meteorological data , the following results can be concluded:1. Daxinganling area in Northwestern study region and Changbai Mountains in south eastern study region show the maximum range low temperature than other region in the summer of the years EL nino events happened ,while the maximum range high in the second years ,as the sensitive typical region in EL Nino events .It shows stronger gradually from southward to northward over entire region.2. The southern areas of Liaoning province shows the maximum range low temperature than other region in the winter of the years EL nino events happened ,while the maximum range high temperature in the second years , as the sensitive typical region in EL nino events. It shows weaken gradually from southward to northward over entire region.3. The narrow plain from southwest to northeast shows the maximum range excessive increase rate of precipitation during flood period than others of the years EL nino events happened ,while the maximum range little in the second years , as the sensitive typical region in EL nino events. It shows weakens gradually from Narrow plain to mountain land over entire region.
