It is by a long time from classical survey adjustment theory to generalized survey adjustment theory. But in modem surveying, as the development of science and technology, surveying field makes great progresses these years, more observation methods, more observation information, more sufficiency to knowledge of observing objects' physics or mechanics characteristic, so people will find more prior information and make the prior information convert the inequality constraints. The inequality constraints may relatively reliably describe the prior information, so that some experts return to research the linear inequality constraints adjustment model (LICA). But if we may solve LICA' s the calculation and precision estimate problems, the model should have been applied very widely, the adjustment theory should have developed and integrated.Form the basis adjustment theory- the least-squares (LS) principle on, the paper will systemically research the LICA problem's arithmetic, and expand linear inequality constrained adjustment model to the uniform surveying adjustment model, and explore the LICA' s the calculation and precision estimate problems. At the same time, the LICA's robust estimation will be introduced. At last, the paper will present GPS Ambiguity Resolution, dynamic model, data fusion by using LICA model. The research process is as follows:(1) . The paper demonstrates that the LICA problem is equivalent to programming theory based on K-T conditions.(2) .The paper analyzes and summarizes some optimization algorithms including domestic algorithms, and presents a new classical adjustment algorithms based on the characteristic of the adjustment theory.(3). The paper combines the four classical adjustment models and LICA model to the uniform surveying adjustment model based on the characteristic of the generalize adjustment model, and presents the computing expression of the precision.(4). The paper introduces the LICA model that contains the rough error, especially the robust estimation, for example, Huber M-estimation.(5). The paper presents GPS Ambiguity Resolution, dynamic model, data fusion by using LICA model.
