The expansion of Google Earth all over the world has changed the service pattern of geography space information, meanwhile it promoted the share and service of information and hugely drove the development of the geography information industry .However it brings forward a serious challenge to our geography space information. In such situation, to develop the network platform of 3 dimension map service of our country namely the Chinese Google Earth become the hotspot in the current research domain of geography space information service.Geography space data can be expressed by the network platform of map service. We can realize the share of network resource and avoid mass repeated build, thereby make the best of geography spatial data. The organization and management of spatial data is the key technique of expression of space information and the bottleneck of platform build. This paper systematically discussed how to organize and manage the space data of the Chinese Google Earth, as showing below:Firstly it analysed the data source and content of the platform, particularly introduced the data machining process including:selection of the space reference system, pretreatements, quality validating, and data protection and so on, which make ready for the following data organization.Secondly in the data organization aspect, the paper introduced the construction manner of mulit—dimention mass space data, which including: the quad-tree index, building of pyramid structure and data compress method. We organized the integrated data, so we can efficiently manage and transfer it.Thirdly it particularly analyzed the design of DBMS. It put up some effective solutions for the practical problem, which existing in the build manage and maintenance of the database. Also, it simply discussed the data search and transfer process.Finally it introduced the application of this paper' s fruit, which validate the solution at the same time, and proposed the prospects for further work.
