Ten strains of microorganism which can grow in which CMC-Na as unique carbon source were isolated from offal from planting mushroom.Five colonies were got surrounded by some distinct zones of clearing in cellulose-congo red agar medium. By measuring the enzyme activity of liquid culture filtrates , we got a strain with higher cellulose activity .It was named cs7912.Its morphological , cytochemical , physiological and biochemical characters were studied. It was found that it belongs to (Streptomyces) .Its enzyme-producing conditions was studied. The results showed that 15% of inoculation,medium volume 20% ,the optimal temperature and pH are 30℃and 5.2,n=125 r·min-1,orthogonal optimal media : CMC-Na 7.5 g·L-1,Filter paper 2.5 g·L-1,Soybean powder 10 g·L-1,CaCl2·2H2O 0.3 g·L-1,MgSO4·7H2O 0.25 g·L-1,KH2PO4 4 g·L-1 ,cultivated in liquid fermentation for 5d ,the enzyme activity of CMC-Na reached 7.25 IU·mL-1 ,cultivated for 6d , FPA reached 2.5 IU·mL-1 .Properties of cellulose liquid from cs7912 cultivated in optimal conditions were investigated .The results showed that the optimal pH and temperature were 5.2 and 50℃respectively .When it reach 70℃,enzyme will lose activity nearly ; For CMCase Activity and FPA , Mn2+,Co2+ could significantly promote enzyme activity , While Zn2+,Cu2+,Ag+, Hg2+ could restrain enzyme activity .
