Urumqi Meteorological Satellite Ground Station is situated at the bridgehead of Eurasia, with a very important geographical position. The data of western satellite is successfully received only in our department, while the polar orbit meteorological satellite is circling around the earth. So the standard of received data quality in our department has been a great effect on the accuracy rate of the weather forecasting and the environmental monitoring ,etc.The polar orbit receiving system is installed in the new ground station area named black hill head ,with a high altitude. There is an interference with mobile phone in 1710MHz. The receiving frequency of the FY-1D DPT data is in the 1708.46MHz, signal bandwidth: +3MHz, namely the upper limit is 1711.46MHz. Nearly 1.5MHz bandwidth overlaps the band of China Mobile. moreover ,they are the same frequency interferences. Because of poor Anti-interfering capability of the equipment, the received datum are not well,result in the nephograms discarded lines, bit error.So the meteorological services have been greatly affected.To solve the interference problems thoroughly, the author fully analyse the polar orbit meteorological satellite receiving system which has carried on ,and proposed the transformation technology plans : Designed the new antennas feedback system, the receiving signal quality has enhanced greatly to meet the receiving level and interface relations ; choose the low noise amplifier which has lower plus, add a level of narrow band filters behind the amplifier, so it is obvious that the noise and the strong jamming signal out of band was restrained , especially to 1710MHz. Then the useful signal through the linear amplifier once more and enlarge again to meet the index request of channel plus. After the transformation, the system has been strongly improved to anti- electromagnetic environmental disturbance, so the quality of the received datum have been improved obviously. That mades our work of the successfully receiving rate has surpassed the request of National Satellite Meteorological Center.With high development of the economy, the environmental monitoring and the accurate data are becoming more and more important. The receieing system transformation, not only enhances the anti-interfering capability, but also promotes the quality of received data. Eventually Urumqi Meteorological Satellite Ground Station will complete state mission successfully and supply the high quality services for local economic development.
