With the rapid development of Internet of Things technology and social economy,the era of mobile Internet of Things has gradually come,and the competition of production enterprises has become increasingly fierce.Many equipment-intensive enterprises still rely on traditional manual equipment management methods,the management system is not standardized,equipment data is difficult to share,and equipment maintenance reliability is low.In order to achieve high efficiency,rationalization and optimization of enterprise equipment management,reduce the losses caused by non-standard management of equipment,and maximize the information construction of industrial equipment.Based on the actual situation of industrial field equipment and the concept of "Internet of Things" and "smart factory",this paper establishes a equipment maintenance model based on reliability theory,uses genetic algorithm to solve the target optimization,and realizes the maintenance cycle prediction.At the same time,the industrial equipment management system based on reliability theory is designed and implemented.Firstly,according to the analysis of field equipment maintenance management requirements,determine the factors affecting equipment reliability,establish a equipment maintenance model based on reliability theory,select two objective functions of equipment maintenance cost and equipment integrity rate,and solve the model through genetic algorithm.The optimal solution for the equipment preventive maintenance cycle and the number of repairs is obtained,which provides guidance for the development of the equipment maintenance plan.Secondly,a comprehensive analysis of the management status of enterprise equipment.Based on information collection and data transmission,the system is designed and implemented through wireless network communication and using two-dimensional code automatic identification technology,which reduces the equipment production and maintenance costs of the enterprise,prolongs the life span of the equipment,and improves the reliability of the equipment.The scientific and efficient management of enterprise equipment has laid the foundation.Finally,according to the above-mentioned model and equipment related management theory analysis,the device management platform and mobile phone terminal of the industrial equipment management system are realized by C#,Android programming language and SQL Server database,the functional modules of the which are applied to the field for testing,which verifies the standardization and efficiency of the system.
