The present research situation and development prospects of red long lasting luminescence materials were mainly represented. The luminescence mechanism of Ca0.8Zn0.2TiO3:Pr3+ was analyzed. The red long lasting luminescence material Ca0.8Zn0.2TiO3:Pr3+ was prepared by combustion method and high temperature solid-state method respectively. The excitation spectra of the samples exhibited broad band peaking at about 320 nm and 325 nm. The emission spectra of the samples showed broad band peaking at 613 nm. The XRD patterns revealed that there are three different phases: CaTiO3,α-Zn2TiO4 and Zn2Ti3O8. The luminescence characteristic analysis reveals that the luminescence intensity of samples prepared by combustion synthesis is stronger, and the lasting time of samples prepared by high temperature solid-state method is longer and the lasting time is 1h. The results indicated that samples with good luminescence can be obtained with the composition of Ca0.8Zn0.2TiO3 doping 0.20mol% Pr3+ and 2.5wt% H3BO3 as fluxing agents sintered at 1200℃for 3.5h for the solid state reaction method. However, for the combustion method the sample with good luminescence properties can be obtained by sintering at 700℃for 10min with the ratio of 2:1(mol) of urea to nitrate. | | Keywords/Search Tags: | Red long lasting, Combustion method, High temperature solid-state method | PDF Full Text Request | Related items |
