| 1550nm is the wavelength used for the new generation laser communication. Because ofthe invisibility of 1550nm infrared light, it causes a great of inconvenience of people'smanipulation. So it is necessary to research the preparation technology and luminescentproperties of infrared upconversion luminescence materials which are sensitive to 1550nm.The experiment which I have done can be divided into three parts. The materials weresynthesized by the solid state method in the first part of experiment. In the second part ofexperiment the materials were synthesized by low-temperature combustion method. In thelast part of experiment the materials were synthesized by hydrothermal method. XRD, SEMand the upconversion spectra analysis were employed to characterize the phase andluminescent property of samples. The results are described as following.First, the upconversion luminescent materials of MxNayYzF2x+y+3z+3m:Er3+m(M=Ba/Na)were synthesized by solid state method. MxNayYzF2x+y+3z+3m:Er3+mhas a higherluminescennt intensity than PbxNayYzF2x+y+3z+3m:Er3+m. the optimum technologicalparameters of synthesizing MxNayYzF2x+y+3z+3m:Er3+m(M=Ba/Na) will be described asfollows respectively. The calcine temperature and time ofBaxNayYzF2x+y+3z+3m:Erm3+mpowders were 750℃and 3 hours, and NH4Cl was used as flux. The calcine temperature andtime of PbxNayYzF2x+y+3z+3m:Er3+m powders were 550℃and 5 hours, and Na2SiF6 was usedas flux.Second, the upconversion luminescent materials of MxNayYzF2x+y+3z+3m:Er3+m(M=Ba/Na) were prepared by low-temperature combustion method. The optimumtechnological parameters of preparing MxNayYzF2x+y+3z+3m:Er3+m(M=Ba/Na) powders will beshowed as follows. The reaction temperature of BaxNayYzF2x+y+3z+3m:Er3+mwas 650℃, andthe amount of urea was 1.5 times as much as theoretical amount. The reaction temperature ofPbxNayYzF2x+y+3z+3m:Er3+mwas 550℃, and the amount of urea was 1.5 times as much astheoretical amount.Lastly, the upconversion luminescent materials of PbxNayYzF2x+y+3z+3m:Er3+m weresynthesized by hydrothermal method. The best reaction temperature, pH valure and reactiontime were 220℃, 8 and 7 days. |
