With the development of geospace information technology, large-scale city three-dimensional modeling project comes forth continuously. Three-dimensional expression has increasingly become the main expression way of geospatial space information. 3D City Model increasingly widely is used in city's data processing and management. Three-dimensional geospatial information is true to nature that shows tremendous potential application of the city infrastructure management, the city development decision-making, and many other fields, thus, it becomes the one of hot point of the city informationization and attracts many attentions.Traditional digital elevation model (DEM), digital orthophoto model (DOM) is difficult to describe 3D landscape of cities, and the data as the basic of digital city also is limited. The DEM focus on the main characteristics of the Earth's surface, and can not effectively describes the changes in surface features, the DSM focus on features expression and information processing of three-dimensional object on the earth's surface, can be very good at express the three-dimensional of city's landscape. Because of too many skyscrapers in urban areas, the tall buildings with shelter on traditional digital orthophoto map bring great impact on distinguishing image information, the ture digital orthophoto model (TDOM) based on DSM, though resampling, the images View were corrected to the vertical angle and avoids the impact of the tall buildings shelter. Through stacking the digital surface model (DSM) and the ture digital orthophoto model (TDOM), it can be very convenient to generate three-dimensional city model, and nicely show 3D city landscape. This paper through to the acquiring theory of City DSM and TDOM, To combine the actual cases, make a research on the exploration of the following areas concerning.(1) Based on the research of the theory development on DSM and TDOM, analyze and discourse the difference with the traditional 4D products within expression method, the precision of information describing, the inclusive of information, and other aspects.(2) The paper studies the method of acquiring DSM and its applicability through measurement data based on aerial photography and three-dimensional laser radar, and discusses key technology of the ture digital orthophoto model:Buildings Construction precise three-dimensional model, the real Orthoimage shielding region automatically searching and replacement, and the original image absorbed light and uniform color processing.(3) The paper explores the certain city data based on the UCD air digital imaging, with the help of relevant Digital Photogrammetric System, gets the method about how to acquire DSM of urban areas and the TDOM, on the basis of the overall analysis of test data,sums up a solution to the specific technical matters and the precision control method during the processing of acquiring the DSM and TDOM data.(4) Through the production test and precision analysis, It turned out that the testing products reached the technical requires, corresponding to needs of practical applications, provided the technical reference for the state to formulate DSM, TDOM production criterion.
