This paper includes two parts, the first part is about climate change. The global climate change has become universal since 1980s, this exerts great influence on human life, production and the development of society. As a part of the world climate, the great impact of the climate change in China can't be ignored, social development and economic promotion are great challenged in the case of global warming.Based on climatic observational data and radiation information from 1961 to 2003, the interannual changing trend of cloud cover, sunshine percentage, relative humidity, temperature, precipitation and solar radiation at ten stations of Harbin, Shenyang, Beijing, Lanzhou, Urumqi, Kunming, Chengdu, Wuhan, Guangzhou and Shanghai are all investigated. The results show: the total cloud cover has been decreasing and low cloud has been increasing in most of the ten cities in recent 43 years; the sunshine percentage has reduced greatly, especially in winter; the relative humidity decreased mostly in autumn except Urumqi; temperature obviously increased, especially after 1980s; the amount of rainfall changed slightly and regionally; total solar radiation at the earth surface has decreased remarkably except Kunming, this mainly caused by reducing of direct solar radiation. Further research suggests that the variation tendencies of solar radiation and sunshine percentage are consistent, while the total solar radiation is negatively connected with the average air temperature, this reveals an important phenomenon that the radiation at the earth surface decrease but the temperature increase. The second part relates to water vapor picture analyzation. Water vapor is part of atmospheric probing, and is also an important foundation for synoptic forecast. Based on the satellite water vapor pictures from April to June in 2007 from MTAST, the dark regions in the pictures, the wind filed, the filed of convergence and divergence, and the field of vorticity are all investigated. At the same time, the performance of water picture in the course of convective weather was analyzed.
