This thesis is devoted to the designing of the micro meteorological sounding meter system. The meteorological sounding system consists of the meteorological sounding meter and the monitoring center. After the sounding balloon flying into the air with the meteorological sounding meter, the meteorological date of atmospheric boundary-layer which was gathered to the meteorological sounding meter carries on processing according to the hypothesis request. The processing meteorological date gives the computer of the monitoring center with the wireless way transmission.The design of the whole system consists of the hardware design and the software design two parts. The hardware partially uses low power microprocessor LPC932, which is the core component of the system to realize the data acquisition of the temperature, the humidity and the pressure. The direction and speed of wind was measured by GPS. The communication between the sounding meter and the monitoring center of computer has been realized using GPRS. The software partially includes the meteorological sounding meter application software and the monitoring center application software development. Meteorological sounding meter application software carries on the sampling, processing, transmission according to the hypothesis sampling period to the input sensor signal; The computer of the monitoring center application software completes with data acquisition correspondence, memory and tabular display. The system has the advantages of high precision, small volume, low power comsumption, and it can conveniently realize the real-time meteorological sounding of atmospheric boundary-layer.
