A Study Of The Ecological Views Water Needs On Coastal Islands

The ecological views water needs is one of the hot problems of studying in ecological environment at present.The coastal area is the place with high speed developing economy,but the water resource is comparatively poor,so the contradiction that the water resource supplies with economic development and ecological environmental protection is comparatively outstanding.The water needs study on coastal islands means great to coastal ecological environment construction and economic development.This article firstly has analyzed some researches about domestic and international ecological environment in recent years,discussed the system of the ecology water needs,and put forward the concept and intension of needing water study on this basis.And then used ecological basic theories and method, under the support of the geographical technology of information system, classified the ecology of Pingtan.Based on the ecological characteristic of Pingtan,proposed using the water quota and calculation model of all kinds of natural and artificial views.Studies show that the ecological water requirement of natural landscape of Pingtan is 44,290,000 m~3,the ecological water requirement of the artificial views is 68,710,000-72,020,000 m~3.Accrording to Pingtan island deliverable water resource at present,the water needs of ecological views has gone beyond the supply of Pingtan water resource.This is one of the important reasons causing the ecological environment degeneration on Pingtan island.Therefore,we should protect the existing large-scale forest vegetation well,improve the construction of shelterbelt network and the ecological economic benefits of the shelter forest,strengthen engineering construction and management,save the water,adjust economic structure rationally,distribute the water resource rationally,strengthen the water resource and unify management,and reform uses water management system.So long as so,we could realize the social economic and ecological environment sustainable development in Pingtan.
