Accustomed structural analysis models are based on certain physical ideas. That is to say: all kinds of physica1 factors are considered as certain datum in the process of analysis. But plenty of uncertain factors exist in factual engineering structural analysis. The dissertation studies the coupling dynamical modeling theory of flexible multi-body system with uncertainty, investigating on a flexible mechanical arm fixed to a centre rigid body undergoing horizontal rotating, and deeply probes into the system.Based on deformation theory concerning elastic beams in continuum mechanic, the dissertation has found out the coupling deformation items, which are ignored in structure dynamics, considered in uncertain characteristics and accurately described the deformation motion of flexible multi-body. Uncertain parameters are classified into 5 sorts as geometrical parameters, physical parameters, initial conditions, boundary conditions, load parameters. Dynamistic equations with random parameters and interval parameters are built. The response when the various parameters work alone or jointly at the randomness of the system is discussed.
