Interval concept lattice parameters optimization problem is different from the traditional.Interval parameters derived from the interval concept lattice directly affect the size and stability of lattice structure,the number and accuracy of association and classification rules and the efficiency of decision rules.Subjectively selecting them is of uncertainty and disadvantages.So interval parameters optimization model was designed.Firstly,the situation of data boom will lead to redundancy of concept nodes in lattice structure.So the compression reduction of lattice must be carried on.Compression operator is proposed by the definition of binary relation pairs and neighbor of objects under the formal context,then the interval parameters optimization model is built.The interval parameters where node redundancy is the minimum are obtained by adjusting the compression degree.An example is given to illustrate the effectiveness of the model.Secondly,given that interval parameters changing will only change part of concept nodes and lattice structure,so updating algorithm of concept lattice is proposed based on the reconstruction algorithm.Interval parameters optimization model is raised based on association rules with the association rules extraction algorithm of interval concept lattice.Example is analyzed to show that when the interval parameters are close to [0.5,1],mining association rules are of moderate number and high precision.Then,given the feature of data classification of concept lattice,classification rules extraction algorithm of interval concept lattice is designed.Found that when parameters change,the number and accuracy of classification rules will be changed.So the interval parameters optimization model of classification rules is raised.Adjust parameters by the number and precision of rules.Show example to illustrate the effectiveness of the model.Finally,in the view of three-way decision space,the model application of interval parameters optimization is given.By the book-recommendation case the effect of interval parameters on decision rules is discussed,further verify the effective interval parameters and reach the approximate agreement.
