For solving the problem of serious encrustment in HRI geothermal well of mining industry company Inner Mongolia mining bureau, considering economy and technology, we can choice the optimal scheme and service conditions by comparing following contaminant separation methods: lime-calcined soda with phosphosilicate glass inhibitor.lime-calcined soda: After lime cream was prepared in liming still, pour it together with calcined soda, coagulant into reaction tank while stir, and let them react with raw water. During coagulating, setting and screening, most calcium ion and magnesian ion was removed from the raw water, then the hardness of water was reduced for the most part and encrustment be restrained. Decidethe best service condition by thoroughly test and study in aspect of the use level of agentia, selection of coagulating agent, option of de-ironing manganese processing and backsurge strength of filter material etc. then the best service condition be selected.phosphosilicate glass inhibitor: reacting raw water with phosphosilicate glass inhibitor, let complex compound form from calcium ion, magnesian ion and the inhibitor, so the level of two kind ions could be reduced in a big extent that the hardness of water go down and finally restrain the scaling. By this method, the best scheme was selected through testament of quantity of acid, PH value, temperature and tater velocity respects.For lime-calcined soda, to the result of measurement, convert PH value to 7-9.5, mean value of water hardness is 514mg/L, the raw water's is 1953mg/L, but trace elements loss severely, and the temperature of the water lost so much, the effect of descaling is excellent; the water hardness, after the treatment of phosphosilicate glass inhibitor, is 1302 mg/L(after decomplexation),variation of microelement is very less, and the loss of water temperature is not obvious, the effect also very good.Analyzing in technology and economy, both methods are economical and practical, but the production technology of phosphosilicate glass inhibitor more easier, although medicament's price is high, but use level is low, and convenient to feed.
