The effect of surface,landform and geological conditions in West Weibei region,its shallow groundwater resources is poor and uneven distribution.In history of 10years 9 is drought, the water supply contradiction in the dry season is very prominent. Drought and water shortage has seriously affected the lives of the masses production, but also is one of the main factors restricting the development of local agricultural production, In Weibei known as"dry belts".This region contains a deep rich karst groundwater,development and utilization of Weibei plateau concealed karst groundwater resources is an important measure in Weibei economic development.In this paper, based on the Weibei geological characteristics of groundwater hydrology and karst geological conditions, with karst features, analyzing the groundwater occurrence characteristic of the karst area. The area of karst groundwater flowing are not unified, from east to west since the karst groundwater discharge points (fonts, wells), the water level height difference is 100~350m, markedly formed a number of relatively independent of the karst groundwater systems.According to geological structure,Karst Hydrogeological conditions, and other features to allow different types of karst spring area systems.Analyzed the area of karst water system environmental isotope, looking into the main supply sources.The results showed that it closely related with modern water, the atmosphere rainfall is that karst groundwater main part supplies a source, also fundamental behaviour of groundwater 14C age admeasurement result is"modern water".Therefore, the supply of rainfall is a modern system of the main water cycle.Through the identification of parameters, based on hydrological and geological model of the concept, mainly in four parts to calculate the karst water natural resources, for the study of karst area groundwater system provides a basis data with development and utilization.
