Based on the quark-gluon structure of nucleon and the existence of Odderon in nature due to gluon self-interaction,the elastic scattering of pp and(?)p at high energies is studied. We calculate the total cross sectionσtot, ratioρ,dσ/dt of pp and(?)p elastic scatting,Our theoretical predictions reproduce experimental data perfectly. Our calculations show that the Odderon contribution is quite important and give a way of searching the Odderon. We use QCD inspired eikonal model to analysis the nuclear slope parameterβfor pp and(?)p elastic scattering, and discuss the contribution of expansion of phase function's second order term to this processes in the phase function expansion. We find it plays a important role at large energy range.Using the additive quark model and vector meson dominance (VMD)model,we calculate theσtot, ratioρ,slopeβand dσ/dt ofγγelastic scatting, show that the survival probabilities are identical for pp,(?)P andγγcollisions,as well as for nucleon-nucleon collisions. We further show that VMD model can describe high energy photon-photon diffractive processes successfully, but the contribution of Odderon exchange is small in this process.
