Complete the transition from building final surveying's fruits to the incremental date files format . primarily desiged and opened up a Data processing system of the building final surveying Based on Incremental Update. The main research work of this article as follows:1) Analyzed and concluded the present research situation of the city gis basic database updataing. Primarily desiged a method and a work flow to updating the gis basic database which make use of the the building final surveying's fruits.2) Against the work flow of the building final surveying which is the integration with field work and the indoor work.
