With location service as the core of the arrival of the "information age", location services have become the focus in the academia and industry; At the same time, the location service content and mode is a profound change. Using the Internet to change the traditional location service data update model has become an important trend in the development of this discipline, location service data update technology also has become each big businesses compete for technical positions.The most important part in the location service is the point of interest(POI), POI data updating is directly related to the quality of location service. There are a lot of POI data resources in the Internet, so use the Internet to update POI data increment is a feasible method. However, the POI in the Internet has many problems, such as diversified structure, complicated types, lack of effective information, which bring great difficulties to the data update. Effectively update the POI database, to achieve online access to multi-source POI information, address standardization and matching updates, can meet the diverse requirements of the public for location services. This is not only to promote China's location services into a rich content, service precision and convenient and efficient new stage provides technical support, but also to promote the "information age" of the overall level of service. According to network POI data incremental updating problem, the research content mainly includes the following aspects:(1) Network POI data acquisition and preprocessing. On the basis of Web data acquisition technology, from the common network crawler, through analyzing the structure characteristics of vertical web and various kinds of map service application, design the network crawler algorithm, to crawl the POI data on the network. At the same time to preprocess the data, remove data which have the format problem and content problem. Use the data unit grid partition, select a certain amount of data of control points and testing points to correct from the coordinates of the different web data, make its have the same coordinate system.(2) POI address standardization method based on space constraints. In order to improve the accuracy of the entity recognition of the same name in the incremental update of POI data, firstly we need to address standardization, so that the new address has the same data structure as the address of the existing POI data. This paper proposes a place name address standardization method based on space constraints. By analyzing POI as point feature constraint relationships with other surface features of the space, select a specific reference feature treats standardized data for address standardization process.(3) POI updating method based on weighted multi-attribute similarity matching. In view of the POI data address standardization process, this paper proposes a weighted method for multiple attribute similarity matching. Analysis of POI data matching algorithm of name, address, latitude and longitude, the calculation of similarity and assign weights, filter out the high similarity of the data, the remaining data updates to the database, finally realizes the network POI data incremental updating.Experimental results show that the address standardization method has a higher address standardization accuracy, at the same time, matching method based on weighted multi attribute similarity POI can effectively complete the POI data incremental update.
