Tugai vegetation is atemperate desert riparian zone, mainly diversifolious poplar forest, temperate desert river bank of the large areas of Tugai forest such as Amu Darya and Syr Darya, the Tarim River.Tugai forest 's survival and desertification river or dive among the state has a very close relationship of interdependence. This article explores the relationship among the middle reaches of the Tarim River in the distribution of vegetation and groundwater, soil. According to the Tugai forest to establish groundwater and soil salinity in plant growth is to limit the main constraints, desert rivers Dynamics mean The two sides of the Tarim River vegetation is the main driving force, play a crucial role to the succession of vegetation and breeding. This paper, the study area for the middle reaches of the Tarim River, use of remote sensing technology and the number of classification and sorting method, analysis for the study area of plant and soil. Analysis software used international common software applications software CANN0c03.12 Ecology (Rraak, 1987), Community classification of two-way instructions (TWINSPAN) analysis; community and environmental factors sort of CCA sorting method. According to CCA species in the sort of space on the distribution pattern, 16 kinds of plants to drought and salinization of the adaptation divided into the five sub-types, CCA to sort results in sort map and TWINSPAN classification results with better results. In the study was limited to Tugai vegetation also raised the perennial a strip of surface water and floods have occurred regularly in the region.
