The gray system is a system which partial internal structure characteristic known and other unknown. The gray system theory research the quantity problems of original-characteristic gray system, is a theory of studying to set up a model, prediction, analyze, evaluation, decision-making and control of the system. The gray co- clustering analysis make some observation index or observed objects gathered into definable methods basing on white power function. It mainly used to check observed object whether belong to pre-set category, for the purpose of differential treatment. This paper successfully use gray co- clustering analysis in identification developing effect of Proved Non-Producing Reserves, provide a science and valid method to reserves development decision-making.Firstly, this paper generally analyzed geology characteristic, exploration and development of Da Gang oil-field. On the base of CNPC evaluation criterion for Proved Non-Producing Reserves and Da Gang oil-field geology, get the evaluation criterion for development Da Gang oil-field Non-Producing Reserves, and divide it into four categories according to the degree of development. Secondly, use of gray system theories to evaluate the development feasibility of Proved Non-Producing Reserves. According to evaluation standard and gray gathering method, built up the evaluation model of Da Gang oil-field Proved Non-Producing Reserves, and have used the model to evaluate some produced reserves in Da Gang oil-field, to prove the model reliability of credibility. Thirdly, have built up gray models for Da Gang oil-field Proved Non-Producing Reserves and data collection, use the gray evaluation model to divide category and evaluation the effect of the reserves, provide reliable base for oil-field development decision-making.Finally proposed suggestions for Proved Non-Producing Reserves development evaluations in Da Gang oil-field.
