The Analysis Of Triple Helix Interface Organization And The Research On Knowledge Innovation

Starting from the concept of innovation and National Innovation System (i.e. NIS), the research takes the Triple Helix theory as the theoretical basis, proposes the concept of Triple Helix Interface Organization (i.e. THIO). It analyses the problems to improve the mechanism of knowledge transfer and facilitate the process of knowledge innovation. Therefore, the research includes several research fields and application fields as follows: innovation and NIS, knowledge management and the application of knowledge innovation achievements, Triple Helix, knowledge transfer framework and knowledge collaboration platform, etc.The primary coverage of the paper is as follows. According to the innovation theory, the Triple Helix theory, and several advanced concepts and thoughts on innovation, the paper proposes and defines the concept of THIO, and presents the features of THIO, followed by the elaboration of structural forms and organization structure analysis of THIO.Secondly, there are the analysis of the essence of the Triple Helix innovation and knowledge analysis in the Triple Helix innovation, which is mainly about knowledge tiers and knowledge morphology, with the contradiction of the application of knowledge innovation achievements being stated. It is the main problem to be solved in this research.Moreover, it analyses the impacts of THIO on the knowledge innovation mechanism, namely macroscopic knowledge flow and the carrier attribute, microscopic knowledge accumulation and the center attribute, role attribute of innovation participants in government helix and coordination, relationship of competition and cooperation, complication digestion, knowledge innovation and the optimum selection of innovation solution, the evolution of the Triple Helix and the recessive function these aspects. This is the main part of the research.Eventually, the paper reaches the conclusion on the subject of knowledge innovation based on the Triple Helix theory, and proposes some application suggestion. Through the relationship analysis between organization and knowledge in innovation, it elaborates the knowledge transfer framework in the Triple Helix, proposes the innovation pattern of knowledge collaboration based on THIO.
