Natural Resources Property Right And Its Legal Restrictions

For the moment the origin of illegal utilization of natural resources in China is that the property right is obscure.To change the current situation, we must adjust the existing property right system of natural resources and introduce the marketization of ownership and right of use in a bid to symmetrize ownership,right of use and usufruct.Through comparing property right systems and its legal restrictions of different countries,the thesis tries to explore the way to establish a more natural-resource-friendly property right system after analyzing the history and status quo of property right system of china in an effort to improve the existing system.Then the thesis analyzes the existing resources property right system and puts forward some suggestions on establishing natural resources property right system which is conducive to protection of nature.Lastly,the thesis comes to conclusion that the reform of natural resources property right system should start from scope of subject,rights derived from the natural resources use right and ecologicalization of resources property rights.
