The analytic hierarchy process(AHP) was introduced in middle 1970s by American professor T.L.Saaty,who made researches on Operations Analysis in Pittsburgh University.It is very practical multi-criterion decision making method which combines the quality and the quantity and is widely applied in society,economics and lives etc.Its key step is to establish judgments matrices and get priority vectors for objects to be compairde from them.Some problems in complementary judgement matrix have been further studied in this dissertation based on the previous research efforts.This dissertation is mainly made from the following parts:(1)A new method is proposed to examine the ordinal consistency of judgement matrix by the property of reciprocal matrix in AHP.This method is simple practical proved by the example.In this paper,a new simple method is given to adjust the judgement matrix by the definition of cardinal matrix in AHP.(2)Some of the properties of incomplete complementary judgement matrix are studied,and some of equivalence propositions with the acceptability of incomplete complementary judgement matrix are given by the knowledge of graph theory.In the end,a new method is proposed to examine the acceptability of incomplete complementary judgement matrix.This method is simple practical proved by the example.(3)A new method for the calculating weights in the uncertain interval judgment matrix is proposed,and the interval weight of ahematives are obtained by solving a program problem based on LSM.This paper presents a simple and practical possibility-based method for priority of interval number complementary judgement matrix and a numerical example is also given.This method can be applied to interval judgment matrix with incomplete information and fuzzy judgment matrix.As an application,examples is presented.
