Decision analysis is an analytical process to determine the optimal solution from existing programs in order to solve the current or expected problems that may occur in the planning or design stage. In the social and economic life,some decisions need to consider multiple targets, in order to make a final judgment decision-makers need to consider these conflicting objectives, which makes the decision-making process becomes complicated. Such decisions referred to as multi-objective decision-making with multiple targets. Furthermore, to get a better program from possible options with multiple properties through analysis and judgment for reaching a certain target referred to as multi-attribute decision making. It is emphasis on research limited decision-making program decisions. Multi-objective decision making and multi-attribute decision collectively referred to as multi-criteria decision-making that is an important branch of management science and operations research, has a wide range of applications in various industries of the national economy. In addition, decision-makers in the comparative analysis is often difficult to give a definitive value directly due to the complexity of the objective things and the ambiguity of human thinking in the analysis process, so we need to use the fuzzy number or intuitionistic fuzzy numbers and fuzzy concept to judge things and make decisions. Practice has proved that the introduction of the concept of fuzzy decision-making has good applicability and feasibility, and thus the concept of fuzzy-based decision-making research is of great significance. This article uses fuzzy complementary judgment matrix to compare sorting options, meanwhile multi-objective decision-making with Incomplete Complementary information is discussed, we studies Multiple Attribute Decision Making whose attribute value is intuitionistic fuzzy numbers by intuitionistic fuzzy entropy. The main content is as follows:Firstly, we studies the ranking method of fuzzy complementary judgment matrix, Summarizes the intrinsic nature of the contact. Proposed a adjustment algorithm based on the credibility through the research of its consistency and the algorithm example is given.Secondly, two methods of solving the incomplete elements according to the incomplete complementary judgement matrix were proposed. A ranking method by the least square method is proposed and an interactive multi-objective decision-making model is given.Thirdly, analyzes the shortcomings in the course of intuitionistic fuzzy entropy definition, corrects the axiomatic definition of intuitionistic fuzzy entropy,.At the same time, a new calculation formula is given and proved, then promotes it to interval intuitionistic fuzzy sets.In the end, a multiple attribute decision making based on intuitionistic fuzzy entropy is given.
