It's essential and hard to carry out the study of fractured reservoirs because of the complexity of fracture distribution and the importance of fractured reservoir. The objective of fractured modeling is build an objective fracture network and an objective flowing model in fracture to provide the distribution of the fractures and the flowing law in reservoirs for the exploration and development of oilfields. The Daleel oilfield of carbonate in Oman is taken as an example in this article, fracture is described with data from different origins and different dimensions, then obtained reliable discrete fracture net model and fracture flowing model through nesting stochastic simulation, the main contents and results are as follows:1. Identify fractures and describe its parameters with core wafer, conventional logging data and image logging data, especially using image logging data in horizontal well to identify fractures. Classify fractures by use of identified outcome and acquire the relationship between the complexity of fracture distribution and faults: the developmental degree of the fractures whichstrike direction parallel faults is related to the distance to the fault——thecloser the distance is to fault, the higher the developmental degree is; the developmental degree of the fractures which strike direction plumb faults is weak and the distribution of the fractures is uniformevenly.2. Analyze and calculate the fracture properties using geological statistics, such as the length of fracture, the height of fracture, the breadth of fracture, the dip of fracture, the strike direction of fracture and the flow conductivity of fracture. Obtain the characters of the fracture properties and the fracture distribution in reservoirs.3. Obtain the function of the fracture density based on the statistics of the fracture properties, simulate the fracture density distribution in reservoirs by programming and obtain the fracture density distribution in reservoirs.4. Based on the characters of the fracture properties and the fracture density distribution in reservoirs, using random arithmetic, finally, construct the fracture net model using special software.5. Build the model of fracture permeability based on the fracture net model using special software, finally, checkout the validity of the model of fracture permeability to prove the correctness of the model by use of the water flooded logging data: commonly, the water flooded zones have high fracture permeability, the water flooded zones correspond with the high fracture permeability zones, the rate of the matching reach at 69.6%.
