Artillery plays a major role in fire assault of land force. The issue of weapon-target assignment of artillery, which contains many aspects such as the theories of artillery, evaluation system of target, modern optimize theories and so on, is an important question of artillery operation.This paper based on the view of destroying the aims in maximum degree, has been set up a series of models about evaluation system of target, containing the model of fire destroying, the model of fire requesting and weapon-target assignment. The bionics principle, system model and implement of ACA are introduced in detail in the text. ACA has two characteristics, one is prone to get a local best answer, the other is slow solution speed. In terms of the two shortcomings, this paper did some improvements by reducing the pheromones of the worst path, adapt the worst path as updating the global pheromones and updating other's path too.According to the characteristics of weapon-target assignment, and for the convenience of using ACA, the problem of assignment is transformed to searching the shortest path by bipartite graph. ACA parameter selection of Weapon-target assignment has been study by doing a mount of simulation, giving a reference to setup parameter range. Finally, a tactics maneuver example which X Artillery-corps attack enemy position on island has been given and study.
