In today's time, modern technology has become the whole environmental background of human living. Humanity increasingly necessary to rely on complex technology to meet their needs of survival and development, and technology becomes the nucleus of social development. However, in technical production, all humanistic spirits which unrelated to the technical effect was discriminated and excluded. We simply stress on the application of technology, effectiveness and practicality. Human is faced with the comprehensive alienate survival crisis and various social crisis. We should adhere to some principles on scientific and technological development, such as Subjectivity Principle, Humanity Principle and Sustainable Development Principle, etc. Above these, we should improve the ethical standards of researchers and members of society. However, the guiding principles and moral improvement both depend on the consciousness of human. It also needs a process to make it go deep into heart. Therefore, in order to avoid the negative effects of science and technology, we need some rigid systems such as law and administration, to regulate people's behavior on the application of science and technology.This paper makes humanity reflection on technology, and gives technology the profoundly humanistic relevance, so that technology and humanity would revert into a new level. This will be the development of technology into the track of humanity, to promote technical society of the liberation of humanity. From this, the development of technology would be led to the track of humanity, to promote the liberation of humanity in technical society.
